Marquee Packages are a great way to entertain corporate clients, customers, friends and family. The Dederang Picnic Race Club would like to invite you to try one of the great packages available for your pleasure. Packages are flexible and can be tailored to meet all requirements.
| "Super Site" Marquee Package - @ $600 including GST |
The "Super Site" marquee package is suitable for large groups of people (20-40) and can consist of the following:
- 6m x 3m Marquee
- 1 Rectangular Table (1.8m)
- 3 Round Outdoor Tables (1.5m)
- 20 Chairs
- 2 Market Umbrellas (3m x 3m)
- You will be entitled to decorate and set up your marquee as desired, including any company advertising banners / logos as you see fit.

The "Good Times" special marquee package is suitable for all occasions (10-20 people) and can consist of the following:
- 3m x 3m Marquee
- 3 Round Outdoor Tables (0.94m)
- 10 Chairs
- 1 Market Umbrella (3m x 3m)
- You will be entitled to decorate and set up your marquee as desired, including any company advertising banners / logos as you see fit.

The "Fun with a Few Friends" package is suitable for an intimate gathering of family and/or friends (6-10 people) and can consist of the following:
- 3m x 3m Market Umbrella in the Marquee enclosure
- 2 Round Outdoor Tables (0.94m)
- 8 Chairs
- 2 Round Outdoor Tables (0.94m)
- 8 Chairs

Several bookmakers will be servicing the marquee area.

A terrific variety of food is available to suit all needs and tastes, provided by professional catering service ‘The Newmarket Store'. Below are listed the two package options.
Package A - recommended for 10 people
Green Thai Curry Seafood cakes (30 pieces)
Cold seafood patties served with Sweet Chilli and Lime Sauce
Mixed sandwich Boxes
2 x Small boxes (48 points)
Trio of Cold Mini Quiches (18 pieces)
1/2 dozen each of Quiche Lorraine, Mushroom & Sundried tomato, Spinach & Fetta Quiches

Package B - as above plus the following:
Prawn Platter with creamy seafood Sauce
Very simply, just plump prawn tails (peeled and ready to eat) together with a homemade seafood dipping sauce. Just dip and eat! Minimum 1kg prawn meat.
Pork, Parsley, Sage & Onion Meatballs (24 pieces)
Cold meatballs served with Salt & Peppered Apple sauce
Platter of Fresh Fruit Portions
Very refreshing on a hot day. Six varieties of the best seasonally available chilled fruits. Eg. Watermelon, grapes, cherries, strawberries, stonefruit, pineapple, kiwi fruit.
